The Good Kind of Sore

Before last night, I hadn't danced in over a month...and I'm really feeling it today! One of the things I LOVE about dancing is that it's an ENTIRE body workout whether you're realizing it at the time or not. My neck, back, legs and arms are sore today :) I was also pleasantly surprised that I wasn't as stiff as I thought I'd be from not stretching for that long! Got nice and warm real fast and my flexibility was pretty good! I want to work more on that, I'm definitely not as flexible as I used to be.

Class was from 6-7:30, then we were able to start rehearsal at 7:45 because a studio opened up...and we ended just before 10! This would explain why I was SO SO tired this morning...it was so hard to get out of bed, and the rain didn't help either.

Good thing I had another great mug of coffee this morning.

I was also excited to pack one of these for a snack! I bought them this weekend.
Product Review: I ended up eating the rice marshmallow treat after lunch and I have to say I was disappointed! They were a little too sweet for me and had an "odd" initial taste...I had a few bites but threw the rest out. I like to give things like this two shots, so I'll follow up when I try them again.

Breakfast was delectable...Whole wheat double protein bread with PB, pumpkin butter, and sliced banana! YUM! This kept me full all morning.

My lunch combo was a garden salad with baby lettuces, cucumber, green pepper, broccoli slaw, red onion, bagel chip "croutons", and Annie's light honey mustard dressing! I added two slices of sliced chicken on top for some protein.
I also had a half a mug of Autumn Chowder...I decided to just post a pic of the mug as the soup isn't very photogenic...but tastes AWESOME!
I'm having major issues focusing on work today...not good, I have a lot to do and can't stay late because I need a major study session!

Do you ever have issues focusing on the task at hand...it's like borderline ADD sometimes I swear...how do you get focused!!??
