Class was from 6-7:30, then we were able to start rehearsal at 7:45 because a studio opened up...and we ended just before 10! This would explain why I was SO SO tired this morning...it was so hard to get out of bed, and the rain didn't help either.
Good thing I had another great mug of coffee this morning.
I was also excited to pack one of these for a snack! I bought them this weekend.
Product Review: I ended up eating the rice marshmallow treat after lunch and I have to say I was disappointed! They were a little too sweet for me and had an "odd" initial taste...I had a few bites but threw the rest out. I like to give things like this two shots, so I'll follow up when I try them again.
Breakfast was delectable...Whole wheat double protein bread with PB, pumpkin butter, and sliced banana! YUM! This kept me full all morning.
My lunch combo was a garden salad with baby lettuces, cucumber, green pepper, broccoli slaw, red onion, bagel chip "croutons", and Annie's light honey mustard dressing! I added two slices of sliced chicken on top for some protein.
I also had a half a mug of Autumn Chowder...I decided to just post a pic of the mug as the soup isn't very photogenic...but tastes AWESOME!
I'm having major issues focusing on work today...not good, I have a lot to do and can't stay late because I need a major study session!
Do you ever have issues focusing on the task at hand...it's like borderline ADD sometimes I swear...how do you get focused!!??
dance sounds like it was amazing! it's such a great total body workout. *sigh* i miss it!!!!
ReplyDeletegingerbread coffee?! i'm adding that to my next trader joes order from my mom. i've never tried that brand of brown rice crispy treats (I get the ones from WFs), but it's too bad you didn't like them! maybe the second try will be better?

ReplyDeleteI have had major issues focusing at work lately, too (note that I'm reading blogs at 2 pm instead of getting work done). Sometimes I make a schedule: "focus and work" from 1 to 3, read blogs and take a break from 3 to 3:15, etc. Yesterday that worked, but today it's not really doing much for me ;) Good luck and have a great day!

ReplyDeleteAs for focusing, I use rewards, like study for an hour and read blogs for 20 minutes. It works sometimes, but I'm bad on focusing since I'm reading this instead paying attention in class!
So glad that you got to enjoy fun exercise! I used to dance for years and it definitely kept me thin and fit... maybe I'll get back into it ;). Anyway, not enjoying your fitness choice is just not an option for me and I've been through countless classes and routines to figure that out, great job for finding what you love :).

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, I had such trouble concentrating on work today too! I felt like I was going to explode. I had to read a bundle and from going to school for engineering.....I hate reading. I only like analytical stuff haha. That coffee sounds fab! I love hurting from work outs, feels the best!
