Class was from 6-7:30, then we were able to start rehearsal at 7:45 because a studio opened up...and we ended just before 10! This would explain why I was SO SO tired this morning...it was so hard to get out of bed, and the rain didn't help either.
Good thing I had another great mug of coffee this morning.


Breakfast was delectable...Whole wheat double protein bread with PB, pumpkin butter, and sliced banana! YUM! This kept me full all morning.
My lunch combo was a garden salad with baby lettuces, cucumber, green pepper, broccoli slaw, red onion, bagel chip "croutons", and Annie's light honey mustard dressing! I added two slices of sliced chicken on top for some protein.
I also had a half a mug of Autumn Chowder...I decided to just post a pic of the mug as the soup isn't very photogenic...but tastes AWESOME!
I'm having major issues focusing on work today...not good, I have a lot to do and can't stay late because I need a major study session!
Do you ever have issues focusing on the task at hand...it's like borderline ADD sometimes I swear...how do you get focused!!??
