Actually there are TWO big events tomorrow:
1. MY WEDDING!!!! OMG OMG OMG
2. My one year blog-aversary!!! I can’t believe it’s been an entire year with this blog!! I feel like I joined into an amazing community and have made some great new friends along the way.
As important as the 1 year of blogging is, I am sorry but the wedding just may blow it out of the water for importance right now :)
I am currently writing to you from my mom’s house. We just arrived home from the rehearsal dinner which was so fun and everyone seemed to have a great time. I have a few pics, but of course everyone else has better pictures than I do right now. I even had my mom take one of me when we got home to document the outfit haha!
But let’s rewind…the day started at the salon to get our nails did. Mom, my maid of honor (Jocelyn) and I went for pedicures and manicures!
Oh my bad…breakfast. A mix of Kashi Go Lean Crunch, Kashi Heart to Heart (warm cinnamon), Shredded Oat squares, skim milk and raspberries!

When Joc and I got back to my house, we may or may not have flagged down the ice cream man!!
Why yes, that is a CHOCO TACO!!
It’s been YEARS!!!!! The sugar cone taco “Shell” stuffed with vanilla ice cream, a fudge swirl, nuts! oh yes.
Just picked for lunch so this was just what I was craving! I’ve been so stressed/nervous/excited/anxious lately my appetite has been strange….not very hungry and then when I am I just don’t know what I want!! Apparently today my body wanted chocolate and ice cream in the shape of a taco :)

For my meal I had the Swordfish Speidini…delicious, but I had no appetite at that point :( But I got a doggy bag!!

And now I’m home and can not WAIT to share what's under this pink plastic…hehehe!
Hint: I’ll be wearing it tomorrow :)
